The International Group, Inc (IGI) has seen a large increase in recent years for requests pertaining to regulatory information on various waxes. IGI now has a team to process and handle customer requests with a dedicated email:

In addition, several commonly requested documents, such as proof of ISO 9001 registration, Kosher certification, etc. will be available online in PDF format for customers to download at their convenience.
