FAQs

  1. What is the availability of product?

    Most of IGI products are inventoried in our warehouses located throughout North America and also at our Distributor locations. To find out the nearest location where an IGI product is currently inventoried please contact us at 1-800-852-6537.

  2. What is the minimum order quantity?

    IGI will normally require minimum orders of two pallets (approximately 4,000+ lbs) or more.  Since IGI is operating manufacturing faciluties, we normally will require a minimum of 24,000 lbs/year of total orders.  For lower volumes, we currently have integrated an extensive distributor network which can supply a wide variety of needs from candle products to industrial applications. Please contact us at 1-800-852-6537 to discuss your specific volume requirements and IGI can recommend the optimum sourcing solutions for you.

  3. What is the status of my order?

    Please contact us at 1-800-852-6537 to get the most up to date status of your order.  IGI currently does not have online order tracking.

  4. Who is my sales representative?

    IGI has regional sales representatives throughout the US and Canada, as well as an international rep for accounts outside North America. We also maintain a highly focused Inside Sales Group to work with a wide variety of customer types.  Contact our main office at 1-800-852-6537 and we will direct you to the appropriate rep.
  5. How do I obtain a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for your products?

    MSDS Sheets for all of IGI products can be found in the Products Section of our site under MSDS.

  6. How do I obtain a Quality Certificate or Technical Information Sheet (TIS) for IGI products?

    Locate your product in the Products Section of our site. If you cannot locate the product for which you need a TIS, please contact us at 1-800-852-6537.  Note that not all IGI products are listed on this website.
