Sales and Customer Service


  1. What is your minimum order quantity?

    IGI currently maintains a minimum order quantity of two pallets of product or higher. Typically, this amounts to approximately 4,000 lbs of product but can vary depending on the packaging type. Based off your order frequency you may have better logistical and supply opportunities by purchasing product from one of our many distributors. Please contact IGI for a distributor in your area via the feedback form or at 1-800-852-6537.

  2. I have a question regarding pricing and supply, who do I contact?

  3. What are your customer service hours?

    IGI’s customer service department is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, EST. Emergency, after hours inquiries should be directed to our Canadian office at 1-800-561-3509 and then pressing “0” for our QC Department.

  4. I would like to start distributing your products. What is your policy?

    Please contact Mr. Bryan Fuka of IGI, who manages this program for IGI.



Technical and Regulatory

  1. The technical information sheet (TIS) for the product I purchase is not on the website. How can I get a copy?

    Due to the enormous amount of products that IGI offers, not all products are listed. You can contact your customer service rep to get a copy. If you do not know who your service rep is, or would like to request the sheet electronically, please use the feedback form in the contact section.

  2. I need a Quality Certificate (C of A) for a product. How do I obtain one?

    Please contact IGI customer service at 1-800-852-6537

  3. Are IGI products Kosher?

    Most IGI products are indeed Kosher. Please contact us to get a copy of our latest certification.

  4. I need an ISO certificate from IGI for our quality system. Where can I get one?

    IGI has these available electronically. Please email our Quality Assurance Manager, Mr. Greg Garber.
